God has granted to each of us everything we need for life and godliness through knowing Christ and trusting in His all-sufficient promises.  More often our character needs to be shaped to handle the blessings on the way.  Bad character can destroy a lot of blessings.  Just walk in God’s will and ask, you will definitely receive it.
